" After visiting Egypt many times me and my wife decided to invest here in Sharm el Sheikh.We visited at the end of july for 3 weeks for a vacation and to look for property we were intorduced to company(no names mentioned)they messed us around and we came home empty handed.When we got home i went on the internet and found a company by the name of Pioneer Property dealing in Sharm also they were an English company which put me at ease as the language barrier can be a little difficult. I gave them a ring and spoke to a sales lady from Pioneer Property who i spoke to in great length she was very helpfull and suggested a project by the name of Viva Reef in Nabq Sharm El Sheikh.We looked into the site and found it was the right one to invest in. We gave her a ring back and told her we would go a head and buya 2 bed apartment there,all we had to do was send the company a £1000 holding fee which was so easy to do either bank transfer or credit card,then all we had to do was to send 40% of the asking price within 1 month (bank transfer) its that easy. I was visiting sharm in september 2008 so i gave Pioneer property a call to inform them i was coming they offered to pick me up at the airport which they did. The next day they picked us up from the hotel and took me around the site i was impressed with the location so i bought a second apartment, it is that easy to buy in Egypt, its also good to have someone with you who knows the area and the the legal side of things.I found dealing with Pioneer Property really easy, a good professional company, very friendly staff. The company sort every thing out from start to finish all you after do is go to a government office (a couple of hours) a solicitor goes with you (which Pioneer have for you) this is to sign for your visa and power of attourney. If we had have encounterd any problems which we didnt i would have felt confident that Pioneer Property would have sorted it out immediatly. Finally i would like to thank Pioneer property and the team for all there help and will look forward to dealing with them again in the near future."

Although we were initially apprehensive about buying abroad we can honestly now say that we have absolutely no regrets.
